[App_rpt] Duplicate Lines on CLI

If you get duplicate lines of CLI debug output, edit
/etc/asterisk/logger.conf and not the "console =>" line.
There may be 2 of them. Delete the shorter (less verbose) one.
Restart Asterisk and you should just get one CLI debug line per event.
