[App_rpt] Can't monitor on node

Actually what I need is:

The remote radio send its ID when I press the PTT... I want to receive this
ID and pass it to another repeater. I believe the ID comes as a DTMF. Can
the quadradio receive (and decode this remote radio ID)?
